HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We ship everything from our headquarters in San Francisco.
All orders will ship within 1 to 2 business days. We use
priority mail because it is very fast and your package can be dropped off without a signature. Plus, we think that guy with the long hair who does the UPS ads is an idiot.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, for $10 bucks. Like most things in life, additional taxes/fees may apply depending on your countries regulations. We also recommend you use PayPal when placing international orders - it works a little faster with our current billing setup. Please allow between 5-10 business days for your order to arrive, due to customs and/or your slow mailman.
CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
Yes, you can return a shirt for any reason within a year of
purchase – shipping’s on us. Email your name, order number and what items you’re returning to returns@marinelayer.com with as much information as possible and we’ll take it from there.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Sure. Just shoot a note to returns@marinelayer.com and Colton will help you slip into something more comfortable.
YOUR SHIRTS ARE EXPENSIVE, DO THEY COME WITH A FOOTBALL PHONE OR ANYTHING?
Nope. We think it’s better to pay a little more for a shirt that you really like.
CAN A REAL PERSON HELP ME FIND MY SIZE?
Yup – just send an email to help@marinelayer.com and provide a few basic measurements (height, weight, etc.) and the item(s) you’re looking to purchase and we’ll get you set up with a great fitting shirt.
WHAT KIND OF CARE ARE WE TALKING ABOUT FOR THESE SHIRTS?
Sadly, you can't have absurdly soft shirts without requiring a little extra TLC. Wash cold and dry low. Like my little league coach told me, lay off the high heat.
WHO SPELLED “COTTON” INCORRECTLY ON YOUR FIRST SHIRT?
