Why won’t my order process? Do you not want my money?
At this time our website requires that you create a new account to place an order (even if you had an account set up for our previous website). Currently we cannot process “guest” orders in checkout.
Once you have created an account, any subsequent orders require that you are logged into your account before you checkout for your order to process.
We’re extremeley sorry for the inconvenience. Please feel free to contact us at email@example.com or (415) 926-5474 with any other issues and we’ll be happy to process the order for you. We will have this all worked out asap, er, soon…ish.
How soon will my order ship?
For quality control and speed we now ship everything from our headquarters in San Francisco. All orders ship the same day if you order by noon. We use priority mail because it is very fast and your package can be dropped off without a signature. Plus, we think that guy with the long hair who does the UPS ads is an idiot.
Can I make a return?
Yes, you can return a shirt for any reason within a year of purchase – shipping’s on us. Email your name, order number and what items you’re returning to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll take it from there.
Can I exchange an item?
Sure. Just shoot a note to email@example.com and the Intern Daniel Blaine will help you slip into something more comfortable.
Can a real person help me find my size?
Yup – just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a few basic measurements (height, weight, etc.) and the item(s) you’re looking to purchase and we’ll get you set up with a great fitting shirt.
Your shirts are expensive, do they come with a football phone or anything?
Nope. We think it’s better to pay a little more for a shirt that you really like.
I have an existing gift card/promo code but now it’s not working – what gives?
While launching our new site some of the old elements didn’t quite transfer seamlessly, so for now we ask that you contact us at email@example.com and we will get you set up with a new code or card in the original amount.
Can I wash the shirts in hot water and put them in the dryer?
You can, but it is much, much better to wash cold and dry on low heat. In general the softer the shirt, the more TLC required in care.
Who’s the idiot who spelled “Cotton” incorrectly on your first shirt labels?
